T White Electrical Services is a member of NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers). We use NAPIT to verify our certificates in recognition of the Part P requirements for work in domestic properties. We are certified under a Competent Person Scheme (CPS) which is in accordance with relevant building regulations for electrical installations.

Electrical certificates may well be required when you come to sell your home. T White Electrical Services notifies NAPIT of any recent electrical work that has been completed and NAPIT in turn will notify the local authority. Common examples of notifiable work are; rewiring a property, providing electricity to a garage or outhouse, the replacement of the main fuse box in a house or any electrical work in a kitchen, shower room or bathroom.
